He served for 13 years with AFL Logistics (Now FedEx) as Country Business Head for the Logistics and Supply Chain Solutions Business till 2005.

He is the Founder of Coign Consulting providing Logistics & SCM advisory and Infrastructure Design Consultancy service. Coign advices leading 3rd Party Contract Logistics companies, Manufacturing companies, Trading & Distribution firms, e-Commerce companies and Warehousing & Logistics infrastructure developers.

He has conceptualised and designed Supply Chain solutions and distribution networks for leading Indian and Multinational brands.

Coign Consulting is a leading Master Plan & Intra-Warehouse Layout Design company which optimizes storage capacities and operating efficiency.

In the supply chain infrastructure and warehouse layout design and fit-out space, Coign Consulting has an, collective domestic and international, experience of designing over 25 million square feet of modern warehouse floor layouts and Logistics Parks for Ambient, Cold Storages, Air-conditioned Warehouses, open yards and micro in-city distribution centres, catering to the Hi-Tech, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Agri-Commodity, Heavy Engineering, Printing, Auto Spares, Retail, e-Commerce, FMCG & Food Processing Industry.
