Currently heading the Global Strategy, M&A, Market Intelligence, Customer Centricity and Sustainability functions for the International trading division of the Aditya Birla Group. The primary objective of the role is to consolidate and focus the existing portfolio of verticals comprising of Energy, Sulphur & Fertiliser, Metals & Minerals and Agri into delivering quantum growth across the next few years.

I have worked through various aspects of supply chain, manufacturing and market development functions for a wide variety of products in a Global environment. I have developed an expertise in being able to map and reduce the Total Cost of Ownership of goods and services across categories. This includes building and refining procurement and sourcing strategies, reducing cost of goods, creating and restructuring organisation designs and business processes.
