Gregory Gottlieb

Experienced senior executive with a leadership, BD, sales & technology management background, currently focused on bringing airships to the Middle East through a start-up company I founded in the UAE (Airships Arabia DWC-LLC). I’m also available for unrelated consulting tasks. Until recently I worked for a Government applied research institute in Saudi Arabia. Prior to that, I was responsible for Sales, Business Development and Marketing, as well as the direct Program Management of a variety of equipment development & acquisition programs for a UAE Government owned unmanned systems company.

A recognized global expert in the development & operation of Lighter-Than-Air technology, I have also had significant experience with the development, acquisition and deployment of unmanned aerial and maritime systems.

A 20 year career in the British Army, culminating in 1998 as the UK Ministry of Defence Officer responsible for all CT & SF aviation equipment requirements, was followed by four years at a senior level in the Corporate Headquarters of a German group of companies in aerospace & logistics.

Subsequently, as an independent consultancy business, I provided technical & managerial support to government agencies & commercial enterprises in the US & the UK, including the provision of specialist engineering services.
