V.P. Nagarajan – Director, Yenom Management Consultants

Mr. V.P. Nagarajan is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.  He is also a member of The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Mr Nagarajan is currently Director, Yenom Management Consultants, a Corporate Advisory firm of which he is a partner. Before branching out on his own, Mr.  Nagarajan was the Executive Director-Banking and Treasury with ETA Group.

Mr. Nagarajan is well experienced in fund raising, structuring investments, tax planning and treasury functions. He has been closely involved in large scale divestments and in re-structuring of companies.  He has been instrumental in initiating the first stand-alone Health Insurance Company in India which is currently the largest stand-alone Health Insurance provider in the country.

He has successfully raised several large scale term-funding from the international market and has completed several unique transactions. He is frequently invited by international and local banks as panellist at International Conferences such as ‘Euro Money’ and ‘Global Trade review’.

He was the Chairman of the Dubai Chapter of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for two successive terms 2007-2008 and 2008-2009.
