Mr. Sivaraman is a qualified FCA, and AICWA from India and also a CISA. Mr. Sivaraman has nearly 28 years of post-qualification experience across India, Africa and the Middle East. Mr. Sivaraman began his career as a Consultant in one of the Big 4s in India and moved to Industry subsequently, having handled progressive roles in the areas of Finance and Strategy in both professionally managed and family managed businesses. Some of the organisations which Mr. Sivaraman has been associated with include The East India Hotels company, The Murugappa group, Reliance Industries Ltd, A.P. Moller Maersk, Transocean, and Crescent Enterprises. Mr. Sivaraman is presently the CFO of Utico FZC.

Utico FZC is UAE’s largest full service private utility based at Rasalkhaimah and supplying Water & Power to RAK citizens and to government entities.
